Relay Fuse Panel Assembly

This fuse and relay panel is IP67 waterproof rated. Relays such as #101-75730 we sell on the relays page will connect to terminals installed in this panel. In reality, any component (circuit breakers, diodes) can be used in the panel if they have 2.8 mm blades and 8.1 mm spacing. This is a great solution for housing all the small components in your EV. No more daisy-chaining relays together or having to attach each one to a different place on the vehicle.

The panel can hold up to 8 relays and 6 mini blade fuses, 30 mini blade fuses, or a combination thereof. To ensure each connection is sufficiently waterproofed, you'll need a cavity plug (sold separately below) for each unused pin location on the panel. The panel has a total of 60 possible pin locations.

This terminal (101-30037) connects directly to a blade fuse or the terminals of the 101-75730 relay we sell. Each terminal requires a cable seal (101-39000) that crimps with the strain relief. It makes for a very handy connection point. These terminals are designed for the Relay Fuse Panel Assembly (100-45990).

Packard Cavity Plugs
These plugs fit nicely into the back of the fuse/relay panel sold on this page. You'll want one plug for each unused pin location on the panel. Insert into the back of the panel (large diameter first). The small diameter sticks out just enough so that it can easily be pulled out when you're ready. The plugs are designed for the Mini or Micro Relay Fuse Panel (100-45990).



6 Circuit ATC Block w/ #6 Screw Terminals

This fuse block has a clear clip on cover with label positions recessed in the top. As well, there are two spare fuse storage positions slots on the block. The block's dimensions 3.315" W x 4.894 " L x 1.518" H (with cover on). This block uses standard blade style ATC fuses and the main stud is a #10 screw.
